The Greater Fall River Vocational School District (DIMAN) will be undergoing a Coordinated Program Review (CPR) by the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (MA DESE) in 2009. A general description of the general scope, elements, and report components are contained in the attached.

There will be four MA DESE officials and several district members on the CPR Team. The Greater Fall River Vocational School District (DIMAN) members include:

The MADESE officials will make and include their findings in a final report. These findings are based on multiple modes of inquiry, including interviews with staff, review of documentation, parent surveys, student record review, and on-site observation.

Documentation must be provided to the DESE no later than March 2, 2009 and the DESE team will be here at DIMAN on March 31, April 1-2, 2009 for a record review. Interviews and Observations will take place on April 27, 28, 29, & 30.

Please review the attached and please give the DIMAN team of coordinators listed above your full cooperation! I have every confidence that we will receive a good report! Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
