Free Physicals
For all spring and fall athletes who need a physical - there will be a free physical here at Diman on Tuesday, March 12th at 2:30. You need parental permission to be seen by the doctor. See a member of the Athletic Department for a permission form, or download it here.
There will also be free physicals on 8/15/2013 and 9/12/2013.

Dear Parents and Guardians:
Please be advised that in accordance with Massachusetts General Law the health offices will be conducted mandated screenings throughout the school year. These screenings are not intended to be diagnostic but to create an awareness of health issues that may require further evaluation from your primary care provider.
The screenings are designated by grade as follows:-
Scoliosis screening for students in grade 9

Vision and hearing screenings for students in grade 9

BMI screening for students in grade 10
All parents of students in grade 10 will receive a report of their child’s measurement including their BMI percentage and where their child falls on the healthy weight scale as recommended by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. If follow up is needed, it will be indicated in your child’s report.

Attention Ninth Grade Parents: Please review the immunization requirements for all Massachusetts students. An updated physical exam is also required at this time. If your child has a physical during the current school year, please send a copy to the school nurse so we may update our records. If your child has not had a recent physical, please make an appointment with your primary care physician. Your child will not be allowed to enter Diman Regional without meeting these state requirements.
