Austin LangloisAustin Langlois has been named the outstanding vocational student for the Electricity program. He is the son of Michael and Sandra Langlois of Westport, Massachusetts and a graduate of Westport Middle School.
He is currently ranked tenth in his graduating class earning a GPA of 3.98, and is a two-year member of the National Honor Society. Austin has maintained high honors throughout his tenure at Diman, is a recipient of the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship, and has earned numerous academic awards. Austin has been a part of the football team throughout his high school career, a member of the basketball team, as well as the track team where he was honored with the Sportsmanship Award. He has been an active member of SkillsUSA, participating in the District Competition both sophomore and junior year. Austin is currently employed through Diman’s Cooperative Education Program, working as an Apprentice Electrician at Beaupre Electric. He will be attending the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in the fall to major in Criminal Justice.
