Greater Fall River Vocational School District
Request for Proposals
The Greater Fall River Vocational School District is seeking a proposal from an individual or organization to provide consulting services and the cost for such services as the District considers amending its Regional Agreement.
The scope of the services will require the consultant(s) to plan out the process for amending the agreement and to be a facilitator at the Regional Agreement Sub-Committee meetings. The consultant(s) will be required to attend meetings and conduct phone conference meetings.
The consultant(s) should have the following:
- Knowledge and experience on how a regional school district operates.
- Experience in writing and amending a regional school agreement.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts State Laws and Regulations that pertain to a regional school district.
- Experience in working with a school district(s) that is/are considering amending a regional agreement.
- The ability and experience to be a facilitator.
As part of this RFP, the consultant(s) will provide the district with a description and evidence of compliance with the above qualifications. The consultant(s) will also provide the district with the steps that need to be followed in order to be in compliance with state laws and regulations as it pertains to amending the regional agreement and conducting meetings according to the Open Meeting Law.
The respondent(s) must be in compliance with state tax laws.
The RFP response needs to be received by June 11, 2012.
